1. Authorized Data Boundary Policy
SEARCHER BOT PREMIUM is designed and operated exclusively for searching, indexing, and analyzing authorized, company-owned, licensed, and public non-sensitive datasets.
Using this platform for unauthorized access, credential stuffing, account takeover (ATO) attacks, or distributing stolen confidential records is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
2. Subscription Plans & Entitlements
Access to features, search quotas, and concurrency limits is governed by your active subscription plan. Subscriptions are activated upon verified payment confirmation. Quotas reset on a daily or monthly cycle according to tier specifications.
3. Account Security & Session Policy
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The platform enforces single-active-session and device verification challenges to prevent unauthorized account sharing.
4. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. In no event shall SEARCHER BOT PREMIUM be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data provider changes.
